We want your Khaal order to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Here's everything you need to know about shipping.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across Pakistan, to all major cities and most towns.

2. Delivery Timeframe

Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days after confirmation, depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

3. Order Processing

Once your order is placed, it is processed and handed over to our courier partner within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation call/message once your order is dispatched.

4. Shipping Charges

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

7. Delays
