2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- In the original packaging/box with tags intact
- Free from stains, odor, or signs of wear
Returns will not be accepted for items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing original packaging.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased on final sale/clearance (unless defective)
- Customized or made-to-order products (if applicable)
4. How to Request a Return
